Lakeview Downs

Lakeview Downs Estate is a prestigious acreage estate designed to provide the ultimate setting for the relaxed Gold Coast lifestyle. The 103 lots are set within gently undulating hills, abundant wildlife, towering eucalyptus trees and a tranquil lake, which is considered the focal point of the 75 hectare Estate.

The Estate was once a Koala farm and also borders the Nerang State Forest. Given the previous land use and its surroundings, the existing environment was preserved where possible through the retention of existing trees and the large dam becoming the feature lake of the Estate. Existing vehicle tracks formed several of the new walking tracks and roads.

Construction of the Estate commenced in 2001 with the final stage of construction completed in 2005. In total, four stages were constructed each consisting of approximately 25 lots.
