Duplex Homes - Ormeau Hills

The Estate has 3 parcels of land which have always been designated for Residential B development. We are currently in the detailed design phase of the duplexes and anticipate construction to commence mid to late 2010.

The 3 parcels are spread across 3 stages and in total 53 duplexes are proposed:

• Stage 7 (8 duplexes)
• Stage 8 (18 duplexes)
• Stage 9 (27 duplexes)
