Old Ormeau Town

This was a prestige acreage development for its time situated in the Gold Coast - Brisbane growth corridor and consisted of approximately 700 lots. Construction also included a shopping centre and local Tavern site. We bought the remainder of Old Ormeau Town in 1990 which involved the construction of 345 lots and the shopping centre and tavern site.

We finished the construction and land sales in late 1995.
